Dear Exchange Community,

Gratitude is a way to keep ourselves going in the face of challenge. The University of Washington website quotes professor Ryan Fehr: “Research shows that gratitude can help us cope with traumatic events, regulate our negative emotions, and improve our well-being.”

I am grateful to Diana Suskind who sent me a joyful video to share https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WXZ453uwMB0&t=23s with this explanation: “Celebrating the 4^th International Stonework Play Day, founder Diana Suskind and visitors gathered in the ambiance of Andres Institutes of Art in New Hampshire…The participants included teachers, students, artists and adventurers braving the elements coming together to learn the five Steps of Stonework Play and share their own stories.”

I am grateful for the beautiful book. Bringing the Outside In and the joy I experienced exploring ideas with my young granddaughter recently.

I am grateful for each of you who carries out heartfelt work in the face of ever-changing challenges. Our wish is that gratitude will tide us over until brighter days are upon us.
