What does "1 = 27"* mean? For every one complaint that you receive, there are twenty-six additional parents who feel the same way, but did not speak up. These could be twenty-six unhappy parents who leave or twenty-six prospective parents who called but did not come in for a visit. It could be twenty-six parents who visited but did not enroll their children.
