If you’re tired and cranky, boundaries are comforting.
If someone pushes you, it’s okay to cry �" it’s confusing.
Knowing what comes next can make you feel safe.
If you feel loved, anything is possible.
Doing it yourself takes more time, but it’s all about the journey.
A binky at naptime is better than no binky at all.
Just because someone doesn’t understand your words, doesn’t mean they don’t get the message.
Loud is good �" maybe even great.
Sometimes being alone is a perfect way to be �" and sometimes it’s not.
